About this listen
Ever feel like your brain has gotten stuck in a tumble dryer? You know, your hairdryer is missing and your alarm clock has gone off for the third time. You trip over the presumably missing hairdryer and reach for your phone, just to realize that you might have misplaced it as well. While searching for it, you get distracted by a million other tasks that require your attention before realizing that yes, it happened again.
Well, if you’ve been formally diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, then you know exactly what I mean, and this book is for you! If you haven’t been diagnosed but suspect that you might have ADHD, or if someone you care for has ADHD, then this is also the right book for you!

Terrible playback
The playback is terrible; it’s as though the very beginning of each sentence is clipped off. Together with the choice of narrator (who has a calm and pleasant but too monotone voice) this audio book is so distracting it detracts from the content which includes tips on home life, organisation, social relationships, motivation and procrastination. Really disappointed with this purchase.

Some great info - not sure on narrator
Some good info in here. I’d not heard the theory on 7 types of ADHD, so really gave me something extra to research!
Not sure on the narrator. She had a pleasant enough voice, but it was slightly robotic in presentation, which made it hard to fully hear what was being said sometimes. Worth a listen though
