Does what it says on the title

I bought this audiobook because I need a crash course on Anthropology to complete a research project. The book has given me the foundations I need. It nicely covers all the key areas of Anthropology and it does so in a fairly thorough and easy-to-follow manner. It's also pleasant to listen to. I've been reserving it for the end of the work day when my brain is entering slow mode and it has allowed me to still do some learning while at the same time relaxing. Perfect.
