About this listen

They have witnessed what is beyond the bounds of possibility. Lights sailing across Nevada's desert night sky in fluid and rapid motions that are impossible for even the most technologically advanced aircraft. They have encountered those responsible for the unexplained. Men in black suits, white lab coats, and military uniforms who do not want their secrets exposed.

Brought together by fate - or phenomena - heiress Jennifer Quinn, journalist Timika Mars, pilot Alan Young, and ex-Marine Barry Regis are bonded by the incidents they've witnessed, hunted by agents of a wealthy corporate cabal desperate for unimaginable power, and possessed of extraordinary abilities they do not understand, much less control.

Now, they're on a mission of their own. As Alan and Barry test the limits of their strange gifts inside the military complex known as Dreamland, Jennifer and Timika begin a quest to locate an ancient tablet that may hold the answers to humanity's greatest question.

Are we alone in the universe?

Based on the accounts of credible UAP observers drawn from expert sources within the scientific, military and intelligence communities, Sekret Machines: A Fire Within is the second fiction book within a multimedia project that has become part of the most ambitious investigation of the phenomenon in history.

Another great book

Great plot and narration, it’s a really enjoyable series which is my making the phenomenon accessible.

My only disappointment is that book 3 isn’t written yet!

American’s Hull accent is priceless!

It’s alright but the narrator does get a little wearing after a while. The attempt at a Hull accent sounded like a pastiche of Dick van Dyke’s (terrible) cheeky cockney in Mary Poppins. Story is quite a stretch but then again, the US government has admitted ufo’s ARE real….,,

Very Enjoyable

Really enjoyed this sequel and can't wait for the third installment and, hopefully, the movies?

What Tom says is...

... that we have technology, programs, cover up, good intentions??, friends out there, enemies out there, active genetic engineering, special abilities, artifacts.

This should be made into a film

Was thinking that ttsa media arm might be able to produce an X-Files 2.0. Now I'm sure they will be able to!

Enjoyed the book, but…

I enjoyed the book and the previous one in the series, but I find the audible version irritating. The narrator is very stilted. I get the impression that he didn’t have time to review his recordings and they weren’t proof (listened?)
He often puts the emphasis of a sentence on the wrong word an I found this a bit off putting

stretches the mind of possible ideas 💡

it's tough to read/hear the messages underneath this vital narrative. let's hope one day shortly many aspects of this story can be shared and proven to the global public of it's existence.
