Summary
Help your teen face the challenging years of adolescence with the faith, wisdom, and encouragement they can only find with God. Your teen probably has so much on her plate right now, that her relationship with God has taken a back seat. And you might be seeing how it’s affecting her–through her sullen demeanor, lack of motivation, or poor decision-making.
As a parent, you want to help, but teens often don’t want parents telling them what to do. The best way you can help is to give them the tools to figure things out for themselves. This devotional was created to do just that.
Filled with eye-opening insights and prayerful readings designed for a busy schedule, it will provide your teen with the guidance she desperately needs. In this deeply personal and faith-based guide, here is just a fraction of what you will discover:
- How to build a genuine connection with God through regular prayer, consistent reflection, and fervent desire.
- A handy Bible companion that will help your teen understand and gain valuable insight into scripture, whether she’s an avid Bible reader or not.
- Quick 5-minute devotionals that your teen can easily fit into her day, wherever she is and whenever she needs it.
- Teen-focused advice covering the many issues teenage girls deal with every day, such as bullying, friendships, identity, and puberty.
- Guided prayers your teen can follow along with when she can’t find the words to express her thoughts and emotions.
- Bible passages with relevant messages, explained in simple terms that any teen can understand.
- Thoughtful and insightful reflections to encourage and comfort her through any difficult situation, and remind her of God’s steadfast love.
- Powerfully effective spiritual exercises to help your teen strengthen their faith and deepen their relationship with God.
- And much more!
When she learns to see herself with God’s eyes, she’ll discover how strong, beautiful, and loved she really is. Help your teen grow in faith, hope, and love.

Connected To Christ
If you know a teen girl who wants to deepen their relationship with the Lord and get in the habit of doing devotionals, this audiobook is the perfect choice. Even if someone who is on the fence about their faith can benefit from this audiobook. If you want to learn to be more Christ-like, then you'll want to have a listen to this.
"A True Connection" navigates the doubts, insecurities, and fears that accompany the daily lives of teen girls and helps to eliminate them. Several chapters go over the what kind of changes take place during their teenage years, the promotion of a better perspective of one's body image, confiding in women in their life who are very influential or can be mentors, and reinforcing oneself positively through prayer and affirmation.
The author, coupled with the narrator's voice makes this devotional funny, personable, and relatable.

Great for the parent as well!
Recognizing the challenges your teenage daughter faces and the potential strain on their relationship with God, this devotional offers a compassionate and faith-based approach to support their journey. As a parent, I understand the delicate balance of guiding without being intrusive (which seems almost impossible). This devotional is tailored to equip them with the tools to discover their faith independently. I love the points brought forward myself. It accommodates a busy schedule while addressing issues like bullying, friendships, identity, and puberty. Including guided prayers and simplified Bible passages fosters a genuine connection with God. This audiobook is a must-purchase, in my opinion.

Inspiring, soothing, & helpful
I loved this so much. I am traditionally not a religious person but have recently been leaning into my spirituality whilst practicing manifestation, meditation, and trying to be as intentional as possible day to day.
I found this audiobook during a time of anxiety, stress, and instability. It really helped me recenter and trust that God has my back. These exercises include practicing gratitude, kindness, and spreading love. There are also many anecdotes and accounts of peoples' experiences that make this a very entertaining listen as well as being helpful and full of advice!
I highly recommend this to anyone in need of a little extra inspiration and positivity! :)

Bible guidance for relationships and puberty.
When a girl enters into her teenage years, she has lots of assignments to do, but they will definitely affect her relationship with her religion. Holding your faith in God and the Bible is a crucial element.
Parents are mostly not able to control their girls in their teens as to what to do.
Here in this book, the writer basically provides a pocket Bible for little fairies so that they can easily get into their day.

Great Holy Guide
This is a religious book for Christianity. I like the theme that how author is convincing youth to stay connected with God.
Especially the ways which have explained in it through which a person can create the best bond with God. So it is a life changing book for all.
The narrator is good as every word was clearly spoken and I find it informative. A great recommendation!

Beautiful!
For teenagers trying to make their way through the challenges of today's society, this devotional is a real blessing. It provides a lovely balance of realistic advise and faith-based guidance, ideal for the lifestyle of an adolescent. It is enlightening and reassuring to concentrate on developing a connection with God via prayer, introspection, and a solid comprehension of the Bible. I especially loved how the author relates growing in relationship with God the same way you would with a friend. You have to make him a priority and commit to spending time with him. If you are looking for a book that helps your teen nurture a relationship with God in a practical and relatable way then look no further!

Getting your teenage girls closer to God
As a believer with a teenage daughter, this gave me and my daughter a bonding opportunity as we listened together. This has helped her to get closer to God despite her busy schedule. The 5-minute revolutions are also very helpful as she can fit them into her routine. This audiobook would help girls through the adolescent stage to deal with issues such as bullying and build their self-confidence. I can definitely recommend this audiobook.

Do You Want to Connect With Jesus Today?
Do you have a teen daughter or niece or granddaughter? Are you involved in youth ministry or discipleship? Do you know teen girls in your church or community? You need to buy this book right now!
These devotionals are Biblical, practical, humorous, relatable, and real. A girl reading these will not feel like she is being lectured or hit with a list of rules and regulations she has to obey, but rather encouraged and motivated to follow Jesus more closely and grow in her faith. The author did an amazing job of showing that our faith is about a relationship with Jesus, highlighting how we need to depend on God’s grace and power to live for Jesus, and offering hope for when we are feeling discouraged about our spiritual lives.
In addition to Scripture, Biblical teaching (informal style rather than sermon style), and relevant illustrations that will really make things stick for teen girls, these devotionals include practical ideas for ways girls can apply the concepts and teaching in their everyday lives, often through journaling exercises, questions to think through, or prayer suggestions.
While the author seems to have written this devotional for all girls as much as possible, those who already have a personal relationship with Jesus and those who don’t yet, I would say it is more geared toward the audience of girls with a church background. There are lots of Biblical references and Christian terminology that would be confusing to a girl who did not grow up in church and is reading it on her own. But that is NOT a reason to not buy this book for a girl without a church background. What I would actually suggest is buying TWO copies, one for the teen girl you know who hasn’t yet believed in Jesus and one for you. Then either listen to the devotionals together, or touch base after every couple chapters to discuss any questions she might have. And near the end of the devotional there is at least one chapter in which salvation through faith in Jesus is presented very clearly for anyone who may never have heard the Gospel.
This devotional is read l in a warm, caring, passionate way that will connect with teen girls. For a book like this, it is imperative to have a voice that comes across as a friend who wants to walk alongside you, not an authority figure who is preaching at you. The narrator did such an amazing job at this! Her humor and lightheartedness also came through clearly at the appropriate points as well.
There is only one major concern I had, which is with the author’s concept of self-love. It was based on one verse taken out of context, and not explained thoroughly. The way it came across was not a true Biblical understanding of the value of every individual as created in God’s image and all that this implies. Rather, it seemed to be the world’s shallow concept of self-love, which is often hijacked in churches these days, with a verse or two thrown in to “christianize” it.
As in any case of theological or Biblical disagreement, the only way to truly understand someone’s beliefs would be to sit down and ask for clarification, but that is impossible to do for every book. So, I still wholeheartedly recommend buying the book for your daughter or other teen girls. My suggestion would be to read that chapter yourself before giving her the devotional, and if you have ny concerns, use it as a discussion starter to jump into the Scriptures with your teen daughter or friend to figure out for yourself what the Bible really says about self-love, being created in God’s image, and how we are to live.
