About this listen
In this fourth installment of the Chrissy the Shih Tzu Cozy Mysteries, Autumn Clarke and Ray Reed are planning the winter wedding of the year, and the first major social event at Autumn's newly renovated Peabody Mansion Bed & Breakfast. Autumn's dreams are about to come true: a spectacular, romantic ceremony with the handsome love of her life.
After their beloved Shih Tzu, Chrissy, discovers the body of a popular local psychologist in a snowdrift weeks before the wedding, a series of unexplainable setbacks begin to foil their wedding plans. Is it deliberate sabotage, or is the wedding truly cursed? Will dangerous, uninvited guests create matrimonial mayhem and ruin their special day? Wing's cozy fans can expect an exciting, romantic whodunit with an abundance of twists and turns that will keep them on the edge of their seats until the very last seconds.

Wedding plans that go wrong in a big way
I really enjoyed this book. The murder doesn't really get investigated by the main character and her clever dog because she is to busy reacting to disasters th at befall her wedding preparation and I loved it, who knew so much could go wrong with one event. By the way the murder does get solved and everything comes together nicely. The author also must have done a lot of research for this book, I never knew there was so many superstitions connected to weddings. I love the characters and think they deserve a happy ending....well not an ending because I don't want the series to end. The inclusion of all the doggy friends in the different events put a smile on my face and a cozy feeling. The mystery although not the priority was good with a lot going on. In some ways it was obvious but the author still managed to throw in couple of surprises and keep this listener guessing. I can't wait for the next book.
Autumn and Ray are planning there dream winter wedding but when Autumn and her dog Chrissy find a body buried in the snow, they thought solving a murder before the big day was the worst of there fears. They were wrong. ,At first little things go wrong which could be put down to mistakes but as the big day fast approaches they become more and more serious. Could the wedding be cursed? Or does somebody not want the wedding to go ahead? With Autumn get her Dream wedding or will it get buried under snow.
I liked the narrator. She helped to bring not only the story but also all the characters to life.
