Facts Facts Facts...great book

This book tells you things you dont want hear...but explains why you need to do them...I just finished and threw out my cupcakes and donuts! This is a helpful pratical guide that includes science, research and personal experience is hard hitting but personal at the same time.

I feel empowered to take control of my skin and my health.

When you know better , you do better. After listening to this book I feel I know better...well done great great great book.
