About this listen
Where is God in the midst of my disability? How can I live an abundant life with a mental, physical, or cognitive challenge?
After being diagnosed with a learning disability, autoimmune disease, and mood disorder, author Daniel Stein spent over a decade looking for answers to difficult faith questions and finding habits and practices that would improve his life.
In Adaptive Faith, Daniel shares helpful habits, interactive solutions, and answers to difficult faith questions that will help you:
- Get to know God on a deeper and more intimate level
- Understand why God allows sickness, suffering, and disabilities
- Learn your identity in Christ and understand how God sees you
- Develop lifelong health and nutrition habits that will help your condition
- Discover strategies to support your happiness, inner peace, and prosperity
Daniel Stein is the CEO and founder of the only fitness training centers for individuals with physical, mental, and cognitive challenges. His special strong mission is inspired by his faith in God and the promise from John 10:10 which states “I have come that they may have life and have it more abundantly.”
Daniel resides in Texas with his wife, Trinity, and their children, Mercy and Judah. When he is not helping unlock the potential of those impacted by disability to live and abundant life, he enjoys fishing, reading and spending time being active in church.
Endorsements:
“Daniel’s message in Adaptive Faith is both powerful and practical. His willingness to share his story authentically and vulnerably gives the reader permission to ask and answer life’s most difficult questions. His testimony is proof we all can find our identity and live an abundant life through Jesus. This book is filled with HOPE and gives an actual road map to filling the God-sized void in our lives.” (David Voboro, Founder of Adaptive Training Foundation)
"Adaptive Faith is a personal journey into how challenges can become triumphs. Daniel shares his own life and how his circumstances led him to helping others. It inspired me greatly, and I know it will gift every single reader hope; with practical self-care guidance on how to take their own challenges into triumphs for the glory of God." (Angela Lemond, Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and CEO of Lemond Nutrition)
“The concepts in this book are powerful, healing, and life giving. Many will relate to and will find freedom through reading Daniel’s story, his honest approach, and by applying the concepts in this book. I have known Daniel for a number of years and have watched him implement the very things he recommends in this book; I am inspired and encouraged by the insights he has compiled and the way he executes them.” (Eric Atherton, Founder of Resolute Biblical Counseling)

Amazing book that touches a lot of subjects
I really enjoyed it. I felt like Daniel went over all the most important areas for a healthy and fulfilling life and the importance of faith.
One thing from the book that really touched me was "Praying for guidance towards understanding why you're facing a health issue" as someone with chronic neck pain it changed my outlook on it.
as someone working with people woth disabilities and creating a startup focused on helping people with disabilities achieve their business goals I would love to read a book that's orientated around specialstrong and the business side of it. I feel as though there would be so much to say and for people to benefit from.
thank you Daniel I really enjoyed it.
