Great Guide for Any College-Bound Student!
If you’re heading to college (or know someone who is), this book is like having a wise older sibling in your pocket. It covers all the stuff you don’t realize you need to know until you’re actually out there—budgeting, handling roommates, balancing social life with studying, and even navigating campus resources. The part on self-advocacy and special education needs really stood out to me. It’s easy to read, super practical, and something you’ll keep referring back to. Definitely worth picking up!

What a terrific College Bound book!
If your high schooler is preparing for college, this book is a must-have! I wish it had been around when my kids prepared for their first year of college away from home. It addresses many potential anxiety points,, such as the dynamics of living with a roommate and being on your own for the first time. The book is comprehensive, with finance tips, healthcare options, academics, and self-care.

Finding My Way in a New Chapter
I remember feeling scared to leave home. College seemed so big. I did not know how to do many grown-up things. This book seemed like it could help. It talked about things like managing money and time. It said it could help with college and life. I wanted to learn how to be more independent.
This guide was very useful. It talked about things like cooking and doing laundry. I remembered how I always asked my mom for help. I now try some of the tips in the book. I am learning to cook simple meals. I am also trying to keep my space clean. I want to feel more confident on my own. I am now trying to use the ideas in this book to build my own life. It helps me to feel less worried.
