Perfect addition for walkers

I absolutely loved listening to this book during my daily walks and I am sure I will listen to it many more times in the future. I have found that repeating the affirmations has helped me process my feelings better, such as self-love and healing, and practical motivations, such as productivity and creativity. What makes this affirmation book unique is that it is tailored for walkers. As we know, walking in nature helps to calm our minds, which in turn helps us to process the affirmations more effectively, and embed them into our minds without the distractions of the modern world. I strongly recommend this audible creation to anyone who enjoys walking and wants to enhance their experience.
