Positive Messages for a Calm Mind

Sometimes coming up with the perfect affirmations can be a struggle - either it doesn't resonate with you deeply enough, or you have no idea where to start to even create one. I love that this book takes that hassle from you. I found most of the affirmations in this book to be really effective at calming me down and motivating me to nurture myself. I have made ten of them part of my daily routine so far and I really look forward to integrating more into my life.

Amazing resource!

This is an amazing resource for anyone looking to improve their mental health! The affirmations are positive, helpful, and easy to follow, and the guided meditation and self-hypnosis are both calming and effective. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with depression during the winter months!

Happy listening so far!

I've been struggling with the seasonal affective disorder for a few years now, and incorporating affirmations into my daily routine has been a game-changer. The affirmations I use to remind me that I am strong, capable, and worthy of happiness no matter what the season brings. I find that repeating positive affirmations to myself helps to shift my mindset and combat negative thoughts and feelings that come with SAD. It's not a cure-all, but affirmations have definitely been a helpful tool in my journey towards managing the seasonal affective disorder.
