If you are considering entering the short-term rental market, you’re going to want to make “Airbnb for Beginners” your companion. This read offers excellent information that is easy to understand and, most importantly, apply. I appreciated the information on the importance of location selection and the emphasis on checking out permits. And don’t forget those HOA rules. I found the strategies and advice to be imperative; the book will be a valuable resource to help you succeed in this saturated and highly competitive market. I have mad respect for the author sharing a Scripture from the book of Matthew on the importance of a solid foundation.

I am so happy I came across this audiobook! Superb Guide!
This book has so many tips for someone who wants to go into short-term rentals and I loved it. I learned so much about the pros and cons of short-term vs. long-term rentals. There were some great business chapters about being successful beyond just the initial setup. Logistics about cleaning and tips about hospitality! The narrator's voice was really great, too!
