Audio Issues- Unclear sentences/words

I was and am super excited for this story. I looked everywhere and tried to fix the audio issue myself, but alas, i could not. I may have to seek this story elsewhere or find it in book form. In ch 3, the narrators talk over each other's end of sentences and no matter how you change the playback, you can't hear the missing words or its a jumble because they are talking over each other at the same volume. I REALLY wanted to know what happened next so i re-downloaded it, tried playing at an annoying slow playback speed X50, but it still was unintelligible. I couldn't continue the book. I can't return it because my membership is on temp hiatus, but i wish i could talk to customer service to fix this and have it re-recorded

This was to much bondage

Sorry not my type of book. Too much bondage and control in and out of the bed. I do feel my grade would be too bias on the neg.

Loved The Story Some Reading Glitches?

I loved the story of this book. And I will be continuing on with the Tsenturion Masters series. I appreciated this take on alien abductions and am very interested in the politics of the different species (plus the relationship was pretty well developed and the sex was hot). I would say that if you are extremely sensitive to topics like Stockholm Syndrome you'll want to be careful with this book, but I really enjoyed it and can't wait to start the next one! The only problem I had was potentially an Audible one that is as simple as me not clicking a format button. I really appreciated the different voices for the characters, which I imagine was done using some fancy tech work, but there were times when the words from one perspective overlapped with those from another and so I couldn't hear five or so seconds of the book. I caught up pretty quickly, but it is a little glitch in enjoyment. Similarly, at times there were very long pauses between "thoughts" of characters where there was just no sound. Now, when I say long pauses, I don't mean minutes worth. Maybe thirty seconds worth? It was enough for me to wonder if Audible had suddenly closed down on me but then the story came back and it was fine. As I said, I don't know if these were Audible based issues or not, but they did affect my listening experience.

Thank you Sir, May I have another...book?

This was a great story that skirts the line of ridiculous fantasy with well... even more ridiculous fantasy. In a word, it's FANTASTIC. The premise of reading the "manuals" and preloading in regards to alien culture is pretty brilliant as most of these styles of stories spend the first part of the book dealing with the whole "you took me from Earth, how dare you," issue. This book railroads past all that noise. The heroine is genuinely likable which is really nice. The sexy time is awesome.
Please shut up and take my money. I really like the reader though the editing at one point kind of runs over itself. It's a little weird but forgivable because he's a great reader. One complaint, where are the rest of my books? Give them to me right meow!

Sci fi adventure!

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. Put Golden Angel and Lee Savino together and you know that you will have a wild, sexy, kinky exciting story. Who would think that reading kinky books would land you in a spaceship with one of the hottest commanders ever? Dawn will have to decide if this is what she wants. It is so much fun and even heartbreaking to watch her on her quest. A major miscommunication could tear her away from Gavrill. The authors even have nasty looking aliens that will threaten the crew. Now of course there will be mind blowing sex scenes with a special appendage on Gavrill that will make these scenes even hotter.

Adam Rawn did a stellar performance of creating distinctive male and female voices. I am so happy that he didn't give Dawn a high pitched squeaky voice. His voices are so realistic. He brought out the emotions and personalities of these characters. There are a few editing mishaps but his narrating is too special to let them hinder his performance. If I didn't know better I would think I was listening to a dust narration. I highly recommend this Audible book!

The book was very entertaining!

Few books have made me laugh out loud, but this one did. It also had well thought out characters that made me care about them. Looking forward to the next novel.

Very irritating editing issues.

The story & performance are decent enough but a little more than halfway in, it has long pauses during the reading that is long enough for me to check my internet connection. If it only happened a few times, I wouldn’t bother commenting on it; however it is almost constant pausing during the reading of the female parts and it’s enough to drive you insane. It’s kind of like having bad internet & waiting for it to buffer in between sentences. Thankfully, it didn’t get bad til after midway & only during the female POV. If it had started earlier, I wouldn’t have bothered trying to finish.

This book would be so much better with the addition of a female narrator; Adam did a great job with male characters but sucked with female character. It was difficult to continue listening, but I did. The storyline was not bad.

Not a romance at all!!!

I was extremely disappointed with this book. It doesn't match the description of a fantasy romance. It is more fantasy, erotica with bondage! I didn't like the story and the treatment of the human female just made me want to rip apart that alien. Also I did not appreciate the female sounding like a man not a woman. I do not recommend it for alien fantasy romance.
