Excellence

Brilliant story, cast and the narrator’s skill, fantastic. One of my got favourites. I hope the next guild hunter book (due 2024) is as great as this one!

Ilium and Aodhan’s relationship has been ruined by more recent book. The Titus and Shereen book was ok, same for Alexander and Zaniya. So, here’s hoping the next is a great as Archangel’s War and those that came before it. They truly are some of THE best books written.

Another amazing edition to this series

Archangel’s war certainly did not disappoint. The same brilliant characters who can make you laugh and cry. Epic story line that answered so many questions from the last book but that left more to explore. Fantastic performance that brought the whole thing to life. A favourite series just got a little bit better :)

Well worth the wait!

A great story with all the beloved characters who feel like friends and family included and lots of questions answered.

I can’t wait I to read and listen to it again.

Nalini Singh is a truly talented writer and I hope she continues with this wonderful series of books.

Fantastic

Phew !
Exhausted!!
If you haven’t read / listened to any other books in this series I envy you - ALL this before you ...
Totally recommend this book and this series . Well written and expertly narrated to the extent you are completely unaware of the narrator.
Now we begin the long wait for the next book ( I hope there is another...)

Action packed.

I have thought other books full of action, but they were nothing compared to this book. It never stopped to draw breath. Archangels are rising no end to fight the Archangel of China. Fantastic book I can’t rave about it enough.

loved it so much ♥️ did not want it to end. Author has built a world around it's character in details that make you laugh, cry and keep you on the edge.

Fantastic!

I LOVE this series!

Yet another fantastic chapter in the Guild Hunter series. Nalini Singh is one of my favourite authors, she sucks me into the world of archangel’s within seconds of pressing play. I’m so invested in these characters and their world it’s ridiculous!

This time round doesn’t disappoint, the book is filled with highs and lows, battles, times it made me want to cry and a fair few ‘oh my god’ moments. Only thing that upset me was that it felt like a series ending, you know that epic finale they’ve built up to. To the point where it had me concerned this was really it, but I think (hope) there will be more. I don’t want this series to end and there are still answers and character arcs I NEED the answers to! Lol.

Narrator: Justine Eyre IS these characters. She does such an amazing job every time, I swear I can see Ellie, Sarah, Raphael, etc. The one thing I’m truly grateful for is that Nalini/ powers that be, have never changed the narrator. So many of the series I listen to randomly change narrators well into the series, usually because a male character is more of the storyteller this time and it’s awful. You’ve listened to endless books, each character has their own voice and it’s all gone. It’s ruined so many series for me.

If you’re reading this and haven’t read any Nalini Singh yet. Get on it! Don’t listen to this first, go back to the beginning of the series and start with Angel’s blood. It’s sooo worth it. And when you’re done and don’t know how you’re going to fill the gap waiting for the next book with, start her psy- changeling series. It’s equally awesome.

Utterly Engrossing. Another Gem by Nalini Singh.

Justine Eyre's narration is excellent. This series is faultless in its character development and unique world building. The series and this book has it all, humour, great storylines, action, loyalty, betrayal, real love, and the complexity of emotions as characters grow and interact, it made me laugh and made me cry. Elena and Raphael are two of my most favorite characters in modern literature.

If you want books that you cant put down (or should I say stop listening to) and so engrossing time gets lost then this is the series for you. This book is the latest in the guild hunter series and didn't disappoint, Nalini Singh manages to make each books story lines surprising and unique. I will give no spoilers, but just say...wow what a roller coaster, and i am annoyed at myself for binge listening.

Fingers crossed Nalini Singh is in the processes of writing another book to ease my guild hunter addiction.
