Learn to heal with IF here.

I am a new to Intermittent Fasting and this audiobook is really great to explaining the fasting. I would very much recommend these books to anyone looking to begin water fasting.

For the beginners, it is a nice book.

3 hours of polite voice of Brian R. Scott and greatly described by the Elizabeth Moore (the author). I actually enjoyed the audiobook. Really easy to read and understand.

Very helpful and informative

This is the secret to start up again your immune system. I systematically enjoyed listening to this audio. It touched on some very vital details regarding fasting and answered my questions regarding autophagy.

Thanks to the author for this great audiobook and easy to understand Autophagy. It would be indeed advantageous for a newbie at intermittent fasting.

Good one, but not the exceptional one.

I liked the simple way of describing the stuff but not too much details! It’s a bit complex or hard to follow the fasting instructions. Still good work by the author at least he described what Autophagy is.

Fasting is the best way to live healthy life

Fasting is one of the best way to live healthy life. When you come to know all of the benefits then you will better prepared for fruitful fasting. The starvation pains won’t appear so bad when you are well-versed what you are doing for your body.

easy to follow

I appreciated the extensive knowledge about the results involving intermittent fasts. I used to fast in my teens and 20's and then got talked out of it by so-called experts. Needless to say, I battled weight without using fasts.
