Summary
When widowed Amelia Smith takes a fallen soldier into her household, she is shocked to discover he has no idea who he is. Determined to help him recover his memory, she embarks on a journey that will change and endanger them both.

Great period romance
This story was quite entertaining and I was hooked on the many mysteries, the steam and needed to find out how it would end.
It didn’t disappoint, even if a few things were guesses correctly there was much I didn’t see coming.
Very worthy of every second spent listening to it.
Great narration too.

I Loved this Book
I have loved listening to all the books in this series. The narrator was brilliant & how she managed to keep changing accents without hesitation made listening all the more enjoyable.
I was really sorry the series came to an end.
I wild definitely recommend all the books.

We'll drawn characters and an interesting story. The narrator was quite good but I find I prefer male narrators.
