More informative and also very knowledge full boo

There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. This book share some impotent advice about intermittent fasting.

It was easy to listen

Good info packed into short and sweet simple to grasp. I am a fan of intermittent fasting and recently started using this method the last couple one months to drop weight. It was easy to listen, so that’s good!!

Perfect book

Keto diet and Intermittent fasting is the best combination for weight loss. Using the strategies of this book, I already lost 20kg in 6 months. Very good!

Helped me to make better choices.

Not only am I losing weight but I now understanding how insulin affects my body. I’m not diabetic but this audio book has changed the way I look at food and has helped me to make better choices.

This is very informative audiobook.
