Good Introduction for Beginners

This is a good introduction to a fascinating and helpful subject, which contains a lot of information for a book of this length and is easy to understand; although the addition of a pdf document with definitions of technical terms and names of herbs might be a good idea, if possible.

Don't expect recommendations for specific ailments or for people who have more than one dominant dosha.
