  • I could see the snow on Mt. Washington as I sat on the bench at the Lupine Field, but there was no breeze blowing cold air. It was so peaceful. On the way back to the truck I saw a small heart in the soil. Arriving home, we learned that a dear friend we talked with the day before was finally at peace.
