Summary

Esmae Grace Williams is engaged! Wait, what? Yep, she sure is! Life in the small town of Meadow Creek has never been better and Esmae has no desire of ever leaving. Well, until she gets a phone call from her mother begging for her to come back to the city.

Esmae isn't sure what is going on, but heads to the city to find out. There, she finds a bit of a mystery on her hands. She has to figure out what is going on and if her parents are involved in something illegal. It would help if Ned Anderson would stop coming around, but maybe he holds the answers to her questions.

Will Esmae be able to return to Meadow Creek and to the man of her dreams? Will she discover what is happening with her parents? Will Ned convince her that they are meant to be together? What has Esmae gotten herself into now?

amy has gone and done it again! emotional rollercoaster dawson is my absolute favourite. just one of a kind, such a sweetheart and so genuine. him and esme are adorable together. im so sad their story has ended but so happy they got their haply ending..all i need now is maybe a short story about them may e a few years later with a baby..this would make my day! keep writing amy your work its beautiful
