It is crucial to protect your boundaries
The book serves as a guide to understanding and implementing effective personal boundaries for self-improvement and healthier relationships. While physical boundaries is easy to notice, other boundaries such as digital one is a little bit more harder to identify. I really like the guide on how to communicate boundaries, especially in work place. I recommend this audiobook.

Crucial adulting skills
It's all about communication (but there is a fine line between oversharing and staying in your lane). This book clearly breaks down boundaries in different areas of life and the author even created a 21-day challenge at the end of the book to practice the knowledge. It's easy to listen to and gain a better understanding of what boundaries are.

Learn to say no without guilt!
I’ve always struggled with feeling drained by trying to keep everyone else happy. This book gave me the tools to understand why that was happening and how to change it. The feeling of freedom
I've always had an awful time setting boundaries in my life. It leads to being overbooked, resentful and just always tired and worn out. My friends and family always knew that I could not say not, so I was always the go to for just about everything. People did not ask me to volunteer, it was the expectation. I never wanted to let anyone down and didn't understand why I was never happy and felt so unfulfilled. This audio book gave me my life back or at least put in the right direction. I now have the tools I need to be able to say no, not feel badly about it and be my true self. It is truly "empowering". I recommend this to anyone that is ready to take control of their life journey and live free and happy,

A needed lesson for my work/life balance
ometimes I listen to a particular audiobook and I feel as if the author is speaking directly to me. Balanced Boundaries is exactly this type of book. As I listened to the chapters, I took the material and planned to use it to better establish my work vs personal life boundaries. The material was both practical and easy to understand, with some ideas I will implement immediately.
My favorite chapter covered the internal and external challenges to maintain your boundaries. I used this to help myself better take a step back from my work life, knowing it will be better for me in many different ways to not let my job bleed into my personal time.
If you know you have problems with work/personal life, or friends or family that are too overbearing, this audiobook is for you.
