Summary

The exploits of this almost-all-women Afghan team continue. The oldest 18, the youngest just 14. Set in modern-day Afghanistan, this fascinating story continues to unfold. Their deeds are acknowledged by the Americans, the British, and Russians, which in itself is very unusual. They have been welded into a behind-the-lines fighting unit by Kate Murphy and the man who released them from sexual slavery, known only as “the Commander”, who is British.

What sheer determination can achieve

An amazing story- if you have a map you can easily follow everywhere the group go. Interesting blend of suspense, action and a superb team.
