Summary
Going on a very public date with Ryker Harrison, the sexy, surly ex-boxer whose Alpha attitude and string of one-night stands have earned him the nickname "the Big Bad Wolf"? Daisy would run as fast as her paws could carry her...if it wasn't a publicity stunt for her favorite aunt's new dating service.

Good story. Narrator not good with the male voices
Big fan of Georgette St Clair stories and this did not disappoint and I would get others in this series.
Natasha Soudek has a nice voice and although her male characters sound older than they should and a bit asthmatic this did not effect my enjoyment.

Good book not great narrator.
The book is a nice and soft romance, easy to read. But the Natasha wasn't the best to perform this book.

Sweet and sexy romance

Story it self might be great can’t say much as I wasn’t able to listen more 10 min before the voice of the narrator grated on my nerves too much, sorry but steamy romance for me need to have a voice to match it, the woman sounded like she needed to lay off the smoking

A fantastic read.
I really enjoyed reading this story. Ryker's character has many layers, he is awkward with the woman he really like, a softy with his family but when he needs to be hard and macho, he is not to be crossed. The story is so much fun, I was sory to see it end.

A really sweet and wholesome story
So I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but thought I'd give it a bash. The story itself was really good, well written and engaging. It's really just a wholesome love story about two folks from the opposite sides of the tracks, finding each other - however unconventionally they went about it - and falling in love as they overcome some pretty mad obstacles.
I liked how both of them had stereotypical views on what the other was like - spolied Princess and lady killing bad boy (which actually wasnt all that far off the mark to fair, but dude had layers, alright?? 😉).
I also liked how it went into quite a bit of detail for all it was a relatively short story. I loved that for a change the heroine was a big lass, much like myself, its great to be able to listen to her worries and be like, girl, sames.
I absolutely adored rykers family and I loved jasmine!! I would also love to hear more about ryker and daisy, and all the rest of the family aswell.
The only thing missing I think is what happened to daisy's treacherous family?? The scene just kind of finishes and moves right along and you never get to find out what happened to anyone other than her ex, and that fool deserved it!!
The narration was OK, much better than some I've heard, and you could differentiate between characters, but it just wasn't perfect, and that's why the 4 stars instead of 5, but it in no way detracted from the story.
I would definitely recommend this book, especially given that it's included in the audible subscription. I maybe wouldn't use a credit for it in all honestly (I did used to like to keep them for much longer books, but now that audible has revamped it's subscription plan - thank the lord - that's really a moot point as all the books cost the same now... 🤷🏼♀️) but if it was included in whispersync for a reasonable price, I'd probably pay actual money for it, so...
