What happens when she is a hormonal teenager?

Angelina True blood is a scary, wilful little brat who is indulged, petted and spoilt to the point of stupidity. Am seriously going off her character! Apart from that a good short story with links ahead for future Everheart Trueblood progeny

The Warning of a Child.

This JY novella features Molly and Angie Baby. It soon becomes clear that Angies is more than just precocious for her age. It starts with an urgent phone call to Jane from Angie to stop "HER" from stealing a sabre tooth skull. Angie is insistant verging on panic. The rest of the story is discovering who "HER" is , why she wants the bones and why Angie is so insistant on stopping her, plus some revelations about Molly's daughter!

There is an episode of Babylon 5 where Telepath Lyta Alexander tries to explain to Michael Garibaldi just how poweful she is.

Michael Garibaldi : "I need to know Lyta. Something's happened to your abilities. You're not a P-5 anymore. Hell, you're not even a P-12. You're the strongest telepath that I've ever seen. What did the Vorlons do to you Lyta? Who...? What are you?"

Lyta Alexander : "I've only recently begun to understand it myself. You know the Vorlons used telepaths as weapons during the Shadow War but what no one stopped to consider was that in a war you have a certain number of small weapons, a certain number of medium-size weapons and one or two big ones. The kind of weapons you drop when you're out of small weapons and the medium weapons and you've got nothing left to use."

Michael Garibaldi : "Someone like that would be the telepathic equivalent of a thermonuclear device - a doomsday weapon."

Lyta Alexander : [Lytas eyes begin to glow as she turns toward Garibaldi] "Pleased to meet you, Mr. Garibaldi."

Basically Angie Baby is the witch equivelent of Lyta.

First Class as one expects from Faith Hunter

I love the Jane Yellowrock series. Faith Hunter is an excellent writer and I am addicted, I have read all of the Jane Yellowrock books that have been published.
Faith Hunter has built a wide ranging world inhabited by strong well developed characters. This particular story deals with Angie-baby learning a moral lesson and was well worth the read.

Staying true

Molly's daughter is growing in power and growing up. The Everharts are going to change things up once more for Godmother Aunt Jane. With dragons now around, even Aunt Jane needs to take extraordinary steps to protect Angiebaby from herself.
Jane Yellowrock at her best.

Not indicative of the Yellowrock series

Please don't let this short story put you off the main stories. I had to force myself to listen to this even though it's just over 2 hours long. Unfortunately Angie Baby is an obnoxious little know it all and I feel that there was too much descriptive filler that was used time and again. Definitely not what I am used to as a long time reader of the series.
