First book success!

A brilliant introduction into this world, everything you could want from a novella, as long as you enjoy being left wanting more! Can't wait for the next installment.

A great entry

Narrators were, of course, brilliant. The story is gripping, but felt more like a prologue. It seems to me that this is the backstory to what will happen next. It did, however, make me excited to read the rest, so I guess you could call it a success.

This is a great 1st book, a short into to a dark grim world, looking forward to the following books.
This book is also perormed by two of the greatest narraters in the world, Kate Reading and Michael Kramer, need i say more.

A gripping and thrilling first entry

I was very excited to get my hands on this audiobook, after hearing of its slightly early release and i was not disappointed.
The Narration was stellar, which is only to be expected of otherworldly duo of Kate Reading and Michael Kramer, and the story was immediately intriguing and engrossing.
For a first novella it has certainly got me excited to explore the world and see what is to come next.
My one complaint is its just so dang short!!!
It felt like it ended right when it was getting started
I listened to it all in one sitting and now i want more.
Well done my good Goblin sir!

A compelling story I really liked

I loved it. I can't wait to get more of characters and stories in this world, but this book stands frimly alone without it. I still can't wait to join further in to the exploration of this society.

Detective industrial Fantasy with interesting idea

Daniel smashed it! Michael Kramer and Kate Reading were incredible as always!

I think the book had interesting things to say about societal structures in this world and Truth.

I really enjoyed it.

short but a great start

short story leaving more questions than answers but that's not a bad thing. opening a wide new world with great possibilities. as long as the series stays away from to many clichés it should be great
