As easy as breathing
I live a very chaotic life. I have committed to try to slow things down for myself as far as finding ways to relax. I have been trying all sorts of things and this book caught my attention because of using deep breathing as well as the sound healing tones. Sound healing I was just recently introduced to and I love listening to audible books with them. I have found that if I use my eye mask with Bluetooth, I can really get myself relaxed and into the right kind of mood to actually do these type of relaxation exercises. Chapter 1 introduces and explains deep breathing and how to do it appropriately so it is effective. I never realized how easy it was and how much I enjoyed doing it. There is actual science behind deep breathing that proves how effective it is and different studies to show its effectiveness.
I have started doing these exercises during my lunch hour so that I actually step away from my computer and take time for me. I have been trying to talk to my daughter about doing these exercises as well as she struggles with anxiety and depression and I think it would be great for her.

Box Breathing Works
The techniques in this short and easy to follow audible are mind blowing. The narrator has a great voice for soothing the soul and taking you through the all important steps for box breathing and if you are like me by the end of it, you will feel soothed and soulful. A great practice to get involved with and this audio does it better than the rest plus it has great sound healing background music which helps relax and calm your soul.
