Summary

Der Bürgermeister stellt sich das recht einfach vor, doch nicht alle Bürger sind für jeden Beruf geeignet. So versucht sich die unbeliebte Gräfin als Erzieherin am tierischen Kindergarten und der Hundeclown Herr Wuff - genannt Dödeldogge – übernimmt das verantwortungsvolle Amt des Bürgermeisters.
