Good apart from the end..
Very relaxing, helped me switch off my overactive brain and fall asleep, unfortunately only to be woken again my the narrator's voice at the very end!

Peaceful sleep but …..,.
Nice relaxing mix of sounds, I manage to sleep well but am always woken by the narrative at the end! If used to help you sleep, why put that awful bit at the end wishing you a nice ‘day’ and asking for a review - surely, if needed, that bit could be at the at the start.

Good quality relaxing sound
I realised this was going to be a good buy after I almost fell asleep listening to the sample. I've always found it easier to sleep listening to heavy rain and thunder, and this recording does the job with a realistic sound, no distracting fake-sounding effects. My only quibble is that in the final 30 second track, someone thanks you for listening and asks for a review - which could wake you up if you're using it to sleep. Easily avoided by using the sleep timer on the player so the sound fades out before then.

Disappointed.
it started well enough but after 17 mins of lovely storm the horrible chirping birds started. I purchased this book specifically because it said NO BIRDS in the blurb. That track is the longest in the book at 1 hour! Tired, grumpy and irritated, not great for inducing sleep grrr....
