Nice tips!

I love that this audiobook contains meal plan too. I never realized that this can help me get over my insecurities, I will continue to follow this and I will surely leave a review again after some time.

Great 2 in 1 book!

2 in 1 book that will cater to the needs of every seniors out there. This is also accessible, specially for individuals who have limited mobility! The author provided clear and step-by-step guidance that made it easy to follow along. Overall, I think this is the best option if you are looking for a low impact workout!

Awesome!

This audiobook is what I needed! A lot of routines especially this is a 2-in-1 book, that says a lot already. I do not regret trying this because just like the first audiobook, this one is also good.!

Totally Worth it!

This book wasn't just about chair yoga because it was about finding a new passion and staying active. The practices I've learned helped me discover a new way to move my body, improve my overall health, and finally feel a sense of accomplishment. Worth it

I found this audiobook with the help of my brother. Ever since, he is a fun of chair yoga and he's inviting me for quite some time and now I finally understand why he loves it so much. I really enjoy the tips and the meal plan. It helped me a lot!

Wow

I just finished the other book about chair yoga and I love it so much. I really enjoy doing everything that these audiobooks contain, perfect for my very busy life. You can just do it for 10 minutes and your done.

Fantastic Novel!

My everyday regimen was doing the Seated Stretches segment. I could complete some of the sitting stretches recommended in the book with ease right from my chair. My hip, hamstring, and shoulder flexibility increased as a result of these stretches, which greatly eased daily duties.
