Second try

I was harsh with my previous review and returned only to buy back.

I don't like the intro, why ? because I want to just get on with the meditation.

the lady's voice makes me jump out of my skin every time a new track starts, think about it we are supposed to be medative. each track is introduced with the name of the chakra. ROOT chakras, sacral chakras out of existence”. ...
Sacral Chakra, Navel Chakra . Heart Chakra ,Throat Chakra .Third Eye Chakra ,Crown Chakra. each time pulling me out with a jolt.

why am I back then, rewriting this and rebuying it.

well I figured Intro is just one minute, perhaps I can learn to be in less than a rush.

the load announcement of each chakra is off putting but I slip straight back, it will at least help me remember the order plus perhaps its needed to shift to the next in line as I could not get it out of my head how fast time went, I mean its 2hours 20 yet it felt like 45 minutes to an hour,

I felt a sensation on each chakra location meaning the frequency has to be allied correctly. so I apologise to Chakra Music Therapy and I apologise to Mia Farrell because I think they know what they are doing. if I felt the sensation on each chakra and only that chakra then It has to be working right.

When I got to sacral chakras track I saw an image of my mum, followed by my dad, both died. I grieved for my dad, who died 3 years later, not my mum yet I loved my mum just as much. I cried because I felt guilty for not grieving for her , yes I realise it was not the heart chakra but feel some how something was released in a healing i.e regulate emotions all in all I wont be returning this time. I would like to see a version without narrative and voice but as said perhaps the announcement was to get you onto the correct chakra.
