Exactly what I was looking for...
I’ve been wanting to improve my eating habits but was a little intimidated about where to start. This book on clean eating is exactly what I was looking for, it has so many delicious yet simple recipes that I can’t wait to try. I was a little worried that the recipes might be above my skill level but I really appreciated how accessible and easy to understand they are.
There are so many desserts in this book I am very excited to try but chapter 9 is my favourite as it takes you right back to basics such as pasta sauce so that you are able to enjoy your everyday favourites without jeopardising you’re clean eating.

Great recipes for eating clean and being energetic
After adding a few pounds I was looking for a way to eat healthier and feel more energetic so this audiobook came at the right time. Given are recipes that are easy to do and very tasty. You can get advice on clean eating, how to choose fresh food and properly read the ingredients list. I would recommend this book to anyone who wishes to improve their eating habits and introduce more healthy dishes in their diet.
