The highly anticipated sequel to Close Liaisons…
In Lenkarda - the main Krinar colony on Earth - Mia is completely at Korum's mercy. With no way to leave and no idea how to operate even the most basic Krinar technology, she has no choice but to trust the K who brought her there - the lover whom she had betrayed.
Will he keep his promise to bring her home, or is she destined to be his prisoner forever? Can a human become a part of Krinar society? Does Korum love her, or does he only wish to possess her?
Listen to find out…

Sci-fi romantic delight...
This is book two in the series continues right where it left off in 'Close Liaisons', after the disastrous events Mia is feeling off balance confused and not quite sure how she is going to cope being in a Krinar settlement. Korum is still as overbearing, dominant brooking no arguments and making all of the decisions. with the court case, her new surroundings, he demands ALL of her .
The strength of this series is the world depicted, the very clever technology and the still growing very freaky relationship between Korum and Mia.
I still had not made up my mind about Korum but you do see a vulnerable side despite his heavy handed, oppressive approach, which very nicely builds to a culminating tension fit to explode.
Wonderful sci/fi erotic escapism..
I must admit though I prefer Kathleen Godwins narration, as I thought in the first book she gave an eerie voice to Korum that translated his character wonderfully, - saying this Kitty Hendrix narrates well.
Looking forward to the next in the series...
