nope
if you're looking for insight at the therapy itself this is not it. it's like an badly made advertisement for CBT. no details, no case studies, asks questions and does not answer them

Don't buy this if you're from England
The narrator has an unbelievably annoying accent, which I believe would drive the average English person NUTS. It's the strangest thing I ever heard. I couldn't even tolerate 60 seconds. PLEASE do what I didn't and listen to a sample before buying.

simply dreadful
An overly simplistic view of social and general anxiety is presented in a jarring and awkward way. This is quite the most dreadful audio book reading I have heard, and if you are interested in therapy rather than soundbites, I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
