Break through your mind!

This book is a personal investment for me as my daughter struggles with negative thoughts, anxiety, and the daily challenges of ADHD. I have researched for years for resources that would resonate with her and make her want to make changes. I listened to this book to see if this was going to be a good fit for her. I was amazed at how much I felt this author's heart and soul poured into this book. The narrator did an amazing job of ensuring the author's words were heard and are resonating with the listeners. Chapter 3, is where I paid specific attention as the chapter reviewed how to break the negative thought cycle. In listening to what can cause someone to have these negative thoughts and how difficult it is for them to break free, I actually have a better appreciation for why my daughter struggles so much. I do not struggle with anxiety or depression or ADHD so when you combine all these things, you need to understand that making a "simple" change may seem like climbing a mountain to them.

Hearing the author's personal journey with anxiety, especially during the pandemic adds another layer of authenticity that is found throughout the book. It is both relatable and reassuring and hearing how the author was able to begin working on himself and gain control over his life was inspiring which is why I will be very excited to share this book with my daughter. I need her to know she is not alone and there is an opportunity for change if she puts the work into it.

If you are someone who just has not seemed to found their true self or been able to plant both feet firmly on the ground since the pandemic, this is a great book for you to be able to start to take the steps to come out from the shadows and gain control of the life you want.

Great Resource!

This Audiobook is more than just a self-help book. Now I realized something about myself after that destructive pandemic. I think I am much more capable of handling things calmly and sensitively. I am also recommending this Audiobook to anyone seeking peace of mind and courageous mindset. I love it!!
