About this listen

After returning to Carlisle Bay, Connecticut, and rebuilding a summer romance once lost with the moonlit tide, Brady Carlisle and Olivia Shields are happier than they've ever been. All that's missing is reconnecting their families. A task only a Christmas miracle could bring. Perhaps, a snowstorm and a little holiday magic may bring them all together. Although, being together by circumstance rather than by choice may prove to be more salty than sweet in this coastal cove along the New England coastline.
Brady wants nothing more than peace in his family, as does Olivia. When his sister, Lauren, returns to Carlisle Bay, with three kids in tow, will this become the first of many future holidays together again, or the final break of the rushing tide.

This is book two in a series.

Please note: The visual copies of this book have had very minimal updates, so you may notice a slight change here and there if following along with a visual copy while listening, including the name of Bart in the audio that has been changed to Noah.

Families becomes friends

Loved this sequel to Dancing in the Moonlight. You can choose your friends but you can't choose your family. So nice though when family members truly become friends. I loved that this is a clean romance, I did not need to mute it or turn it off when my teenager walked into the room! After listening to both books Carlisle Bay is a place I would love to visit.

Good narration

The Carlisle Bay Duo is kind of like 2 episodes in a larger series. You should read the first book before this one. Both books end in an okay place, but there's obviously more to the story. Since Dancing by the Christmas Lights is relatively short, I actually would have liked to see it combined with Dancing by the Moonlight. Overall I'd recommend this duo to listeners looking for a light, beach-style listen.

Jamiy McMasters is a new narrator for me, but she did really well with the story.

Lovely second book

Lovely listen for the second in this series. A follow on for the story Olivia and brady and book 2 in the Carlisle bay series. It’s a very heart warming, sweet story with no worries about spice as it’s easy of the ear. Well worth listening to both stories.
