Surprising find

I purchased this alongside other items on minimalist living. I've been revising myself over the past two years and am interested in the interplay of environment and mental and physical health, particularly for my children who are mini instigators of my mess and family consumerism.
The review! ...I didn't hear anything about decluttering as I fell asleep. After two nights of fitful sleep I now sleep fuller and wake brighter. (2 weeks later and nightly use) The final upsurge of organising our home and my approach is underway.
Intrigued to hear the audio recording content I played it fast forward one day. There are references to decluttering that I'd say are well placed and phrased so the listener doesn't hook onto the words and wander off in their own thoughts. The narrator has a twangy accent but not very strong, USA I guess. Overall I'm very happy for its dual function and recommend it to those seeking changes or backup!
