Could it be depression
Based on her own experience, the author does a great job defining and helping you evaluate feelings specific to depression. This is especially helpful if you don't fit the profile, haven't found a diagnosis or know medication is only masking the problem, but what is the problem? With 5% of the population dealing with depression, this book will help you help yourself and take advantage of her experience and all her research.

very thorough
Not many people know that there are many types of depression, and this book displays them in a clear, easy-to-understand way. The fact that the author provides her journey through depression and encourages people to try different methods to remedy depression is awesome.
The only issue I have with the audio is that you can hear where certain parts were chopped and replaced, but the book itself is amazing.
