Effective for sleeping.
This worked so well for me. I never have a problem sleeping now. I wake up very rested when I have used it. I seldom use it now because it has helped me sleep on my own.

Really helps me get to sleep

I partly recommend this audiobook.
Always before going to sleep recurring feelings come to my mind that does not let me fall asleep, I found this and started listening to it, I did the hypnosis activities and it encouraged me, thanks to hypnosis I can sleep at night.
