Summary
In the secret society of The Luminaries, no sin will go unpunished....
The Greed & Gluttony Luminary has trapped us into executing his evil plans, and it seems we have little option but to agree. Carter has orchestrated Chad’s kidnapping, and he holds my mom’s life in his hands.
Then he drops a game-changer.
We must play our parts—or at least look like we are—because the fate of our loved ones, and the world at large, depends upon it. There is no choice.
It’s a delicate balancing act, with many obstacles and no guarantee of success. Carter has spent years planning his takeover, and knowing who to trust is impossible.
Teamwork is the only way we can defeat him. But that is challenging when relationships are fractured, the guys are sworn enemies, and loyalties have been pushed to their limits.
It’s up to me to make this work, so I will push my grief aside to be there for Ares, Jase, and Chad.
Rhett Carter cannot become Lord of the Luminaries, and we're the only ones who can stop him.

Brilliant Audio
I don’t even know where to start with this book other than Oh my freaking god that was a wild ride.
After book 1 ending I honestly couldn’t wait to jump in. I listened to this on audio and I can’t recommend it enough 🖤 The narrators seriously brought this story to life from start to finish.
So we start off where book 1 ends, we dive straight into the action where lots of new information comes to life. After a plan of action is put into place we start to follow the main group and how they are going to navigate what has just been revealed…. Which is a lot!!
This story has so many twists and turns you don’t know what’s going to happen next. I love how Ares starts to come into further into the group dynamics 🖤 He pulls some seriously hilarious stunts that had me laughing so much 😂
My heart really hurt at certain points 😢 the emotion I felt was unreal, I had to keep listening to get to know what would happen next especially with Chad 😔
Ashley is 1 of my fave FMC I have read. Her personality is brilliant and she comes out with some great lines 😝
I loved how this duet ended. I could listen to it over and over and probably still find something I missed with how much details is in the story 🖤 The spice was too teir hotness 🥵 and the violence was brilliantly detailed.
Amazing books. I hope we get a story with Bree 😉 then I can see this group again as I could seriously read more.

So good
This jumps straight back into the world with the shocking revelation from the first book and the betrayals, the secrets, the twist and turns they keep coming and often keep you on the edge of your seat to see how they group can survive each one. This was a pure page turner. A book filled with so much loyalty, passion, love and friendship. As well as trauma, murder, drama, manipulation and suspense. This was a gripping storyline that fans of this genre and this author both will have everyone wanting even more. Fantastic reading experience.

One of my listening highlights of the year
The second instalment of the Dirty Crazy Bad duet. Some parts of this book might make for uncomfortable reading but its nothing too overly dark plus if you’ve read Siobhan Davis before then you know that even though she likes to put her characters through an emotional wringer everything will come good in the end for them.
With fantastic character development throughout for Ashley, Ares, Chad and Jase as they fought to be together. Their journey may have been fraught and filled with dark twists, shocking turns and conspiracies leaving them uncertain just who they could trust but these moments were balanced out with some equally emotional instances not forgetting some seriously hot and steamy encounters. Ramona Master and Michael Gallagher did a fabulous narration imbuing every ounce of emotion each character felt into their portrayals enhancing my listening pleasure making this addictive duet one of my listening highlights of this year.

amazing
This book was phenomenal. Siobhan Davis is one of my all-time favourite authors. The way she creates such compelling worlds that drag you in and dont let you up for air till the very end is second to none. Ashley and her men were HOT, and I couldn't get enough of their chemistry, and the dynamic between them was 'chefs kiss' the narrators really brought the story to life and made the story even more enjoyable.

Perfection
Siobhan Davis could write anything and I’d run straight to bet it but this duet has to be one of my favourites . Love the main characters Ashley , Jase , Chad and Ares love the cameos from Harlow and the Sainthood guys love the angst , the turmoil ,the bullying and the strength of the characters . Most of all I loved the audiobooks even after reading the ebooks when you don’t think things can get any better along comes Michael Gallagher and Ramona Master and proves me wrong they were phenomenal .
