A n epic Cyber-Drama and Political Revelation

Grand appearance of the Early Cyber-Faction.
The 8th Doctor's talk with the Cyber-Leader really got me. Such righteous anger.
The leading Time Lords were jerks to use innocents in their war.
Lucie really screw up. Her list for revenge nearly tainted her. Lucky the Doctor reminded her it's wrong.
