Summary

A dúvida quanto à traição da mulher amada, que perpassa toda a narrativa, se amplifica em questões sobre as incertezas e vicissitudes tão humanas, a imaginação e a fragilidade de nossas convicções. A incerteza dominante em toda a narrativa leva o leitor a desconfiar tanto do acusador quanto do acusado de traição e confere à obra uma complexidade inovadora em nossa literatura.
