Summary

A great listen , very interesting.
I have followed Dorian on and off since the early 90’s and this book is typical Dorian . In this book Dorian is blunt and honest like he always is in opinion . There are also some very interesting contributions from his former competitors. If your a fan ( or not) of Dorian Yates and is career, you won’t be disappointed. All the best .

Really interesting biography, a real glimpse behind the curtain.
As all fans of Dorian Yates, this biography is a really nice look at his life and his achievements, I’m glad it was read by Dorian, he did a great job
The only thing was at the audio jumped about a little bit, from loud to quiet and back again, and it was quite weird listening to Dorian and talk about Dorian in the third person.
That being said, I really enjoyed the book, it was a great listen and highly recommend it

the pure motivation, and discipline of dorian yates
I really love this audio, dorian yates is the real deal, and a legend, what a machine of a man
