Authentisch, direkt und mutig!

Bewundernswert ehrlich erzählt, weder die Emotionen noch die Logik kommt zu kurz. Sehr hilfreiche Anregungen insbesondere für Männer, die größere Schwierigkeiten haben Gefühle zuzulassen.

Ich fange mit ICH an, weil ich noch einen langen Weg vor mir habe. Dein Buch macht Mut, macht weinend und lachend gleichzeitig.
