One of The Best Book
I am currently enjoying listening to Part II of this book. It is one that you can listen to over and over and still learn more. I have listened to part one two times. The narration is good, and it is a easily understandable and immensely educating about oneself and others.

A Wonderful Guide
Really good book on how to manage emotions. Helps you to understand how to separate yourself from your emotions and look at the root of the feeling to then come up with a practical solution so you can better manage them. Not only for yourself but those of others too.

Easy to Follow
This was a gift for someone who’d previously read a borrowed book and was hugely impressed by it.

Good Thinking
I came from a starting point of denying emotions due to distant childhood experiences and this book has been a great help in overcoming that massive hurdle.

Content is good but the narrator…
While the content is interesting, I often found myself zoning out due to the narrator often sounding remarkably like Microsoft Sam and it’s robotic voice. Zero emotion or inflection at all which made it very hard to went to listen.
I pushed myself through the first 2 chapters and it did get dramatically more useful and all in all, I got something from the book but nothing ground breaking.

Most Extensive Book
It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. Excellent information. We all know how important interpersonal relationships are, and to be able to have the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions. Useful information for improving EQ and applying it to your own life.
