Do we know what we are getting ourselves into when we decide to have kids? Every family is different, so there are no Coles Notes on how to act and react. Great advice
We can all be prone to losing our temper in stressful household situations. This book gives some great advice on how to keep your cool by managing your emotions. The triggers were really useful to help you spot when you might lose your temper. I loved the age specific strategies which help you deal with different ages differently.
