About this listen
You know that feeling. Your life's on track, and all is going well. And then something monumental occurs that turns everything on its head. It happens to everyone, but for Kristin Ryder it was much, much worse....
When up-and-coming photographer Kristin begins to receive anonymous emails, her life in a trendy loft in London's Hoxton with Anton, her ultracool street-artist boyfriend, suddenly begins to feel unsafe. The emails come with sinister attachments that suggest the sender has an intimate knowledge of Kristin's past, and soon her life spirals out of control.
Who can she trust? And will she be able to discover the sender's identity before it's too late?
Breathtaking and shocking, Exposure by Aga Lesiewicz will grip you until the last snap of the camera shutter.

A thoroughly engaging and enjoyable listen
I really liked this book. Not flawless, by any means, but it held my attention throughout. The air of suspense and/or dread was well maintained and I found the protagonist believable and sympathetic. Maybe the plot was a little far-fetched, but that didn't detract from my enjoyment in any way; the author was spinning a yarn -- a modern, urban, slightly knowing yarn -- and there's nothing wrong with that. The narration was quite brilliant, capturing the character perfectly, and skilfully maintaining the balance between "reading" and "performance". Would definitely like to read/hear more by this author.

Loved the first one but .......
Have to say the narrator irritated me from the start - especially the endless mispronunciation of picture as PITCHER. The character was as unlikable as the narrator but beguiled by the author's first gripping thriller - also starring a rather self absorbed, pretentious and unsympathetic protagonist but with less vexing narrator - I persevered..
Sadly the recording kept skipping chapters ahead and gave away the mysterious villain of the piece - however when I reached the plot reveal I found it so contrived and frankly bonkers in the end it made little difference. I came away feeling rather cheated and wondering if this current literary obsession with fictitious stalkers is not somehow a vacuous, self preoccupied, attention seeking character's ultimate accessory or validation in this "all about me" soulless culture. I do really hope there will be a third book to live up to the promise of Rebound and this time with less naval gazing ennui, self conscious style over substance and more nail biting thrills and twists.

Boring, predictable, & totally unbelievable!
I didn't enjoy this book at all. My title says it all I think! The plot was completely unbelievable, whilst at the same time being predictable. I knew 'whodunnit' very early on & the supposed twists were expected. I also didn't like the narration. No matter what was happening in the story, the narrator's tone was generally the same. What a drag!

Don't waste your time!
I've listened to hundreds of books and never once left a negative review but this book was such a disappointment that I had too! The plot was juvenile and pointless as was the writing style. The book read more like an idiots guide to photography and the city of London than anything that could be remotely described as thrilling. The premise was great, the execution was terrible
