Very Empowering

I have recently lost some weight, and I am feeling much healthier. But, I lost the weight while going through a very stressful time, and I have been worried that I will gain everything back. This audiobook is perfect for helping me keep off the weight and it has also really helped lower my stress levels. The guided hypnosis, which feels very much like meditation to me, and the positive affirmations have really made an impact on my overall sense of well-being. Starting to See Results!!

After having a few kids, I have noticed that my weight started to creep up on me over the past few years.
