Just what I needed

I believe that most of our actions that we take are driven by our subconscious minds and our belief systems. And when we put in effort to change those beliefs through sheer will, it on occasion does work, but often only for a short period of time. Then our original thoughts creep back into our minds. Love this book

I loved listening to this book. There were a lot of different topics covered, but they are all there to create a successful plan for you to lose weight. The book covers everything from learning about hypnotherapy to deep relaxation techniques. The author's words really resonated with me, and I felt seen and heard for all the struggles I have had with weight loss, especially as I am getting older. Learning the hypnosis techniques was extremely helpful. The narrator's voice is lovely, which helps bring you peace while listening to the book. When you listen to the book, there is plenty of information, tasks and relaxation to help you succeed.
