About this listen
Cozy fall Hallmark movie vibes...
Duo POV, Sweet & Swoony Romance, Forced Proximity, Insta Love, Small Town Romance, Based in New Hampshire, Found Family, Gilmore Girl Vibes, Fall Festivals & Puppies, and Ex-Marine Cinnamon Roll Hero...Beth is a struggling romance author who’s been trying to find her place in the world after the unbearable tragedy of losing her family. Unable to find peace other than in her writing, she ends up stranded by the side of the road in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire, where a strikingly hot, green-eyed, bearded flannel-wearing innkeeper rescues her.
Evan, a former marine who took over his family’s inn after the sudden loss of his father, is struggling to keep afloat.
Running out of money, Beth agrees to help Evan run the inn in exchange for room and board, but she has no intention of staying too long and letting her guard down or anyone into her heart.
But there’s something about Beth that makes Evan believe he can be the man to give her the love that she deserves.
The more emotional walls Beth tries to put up, the harder Evan works to tear them down, using everything he can, including a pair of puppies he finds abandoned by the side of the road, to make her want to stay.
Will Evan be able to convince Beth to take a second chance at love?
*Falling Inn Love is a complete stand-alone and can be read without reading any of the other books, but if you prefer to read in order, start with Falling Inn Love as the characters and families are connected.*

Wonderful Story & Narration🎧 Charming & Heartfelt
This is my first book written by Erin Brancom and I am asking myself, how is that so? I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to care about and root for too. I adored the two lead characters, Beth and Evan, and the secondary characters are just as amazing. Beth has not had the easiest of lives and has suffered her share of loss, which has left her broken. She is a struggling writer who has been living a nomadic life traveling the US, working odd jobs to help make ends meet. She has a couple of good friends that she keeps in touch with, but other than that, she does not allow anyone else to get closer to her and the reason she does not stay in one place very long. When her car breaks down in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire, she is reluctant to accept the help of a stranger but she is stuck and takes a chance. Since he knows the owner and that there is a vacancy, he brings her back to The Golden Gable Inn and tells her they are looking for help. Turns out it is his family’s Inn and he is running it and trying to bring it back to its glory while his dad was alive and running it. Beth is happy to take a job while she waits for her car to get fixed and she likes it there and the people she meets, including Evan, but she would not admit that, not even to herself. Evan is the type of guy who likes to help people, he was a medic in the military and has some insecurities with running the inn and dealing with people, he does not think he is up for the job but Beth can see otherwise. There is some great chemistry between Beth and Evan, I thought they were great together and for each other. She is great for the Inn too, giving them ideas on how to run it more smoothly and improve business. She only plans on staying 60 days, but Evan is determined to make her fall in love with not only the Inn but him as well. I loved how everything played out in this book, it is a charming and beautifully plotted story with the perfect balance of drama, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn romance. The story tugs on your heartstrings, some teary moments and ones that will make you smile. I loved how the author kept it all real with actual life situations, was glad the characters learned to let go, live again and love again. Erin Brancom, thank you for this lovely story, a heartwarming and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson are talented narrators and versatile voice artists. They had a complete understanding of the characters they were portraying, giving each a voice that fit that character’s persona and were believable in every role they played. Kit Swann was amazing as Beth, she grasped every side her personality, her strength and insecurities, and Ryan Hudson did the same for Evan. Both were fabulous performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their narration enhances this wonderful story to another level. Thank you for this fantastic listen.

Hallmark vibes...
Hallmark vibes, Gilmore Girls vibes, just overall fall and small-town vibes!
Due to a difficult past, struggling romance author, Beth, is now homeless living in her car. When said car breaks down, she is left stranded by the side of the road in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire. In comes the sexy, bearded, flannel wearing innkeeper, Evan, to her rescue.
Evan, our ex-marine hottie runs the inn in Freedom Valley, New Hampshire after he took over from his parents. However, the Inn is struggling and needs saving. In exchange for room and board, Beth offers up her skills to help run the inn as she finishes off her latest book. She also needs to come to terms with her past and let love in.
I enjoyed the writing and the overall story. It feels weird to say considering what Beth was going through, but I also liked seeing her working through her grief and I enjoyed her overall journey, as well as her letting Evan in.
What I loved most about this book was Evan! He was so sweet and so patient with Beth. I also loved the small-town settings and all the side characters! It definitely reads like a Hallmark movie and is reminiscent of Gilmore girls!
Narrated by Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson, both narrators were excellent! But OMG, the emotions that Kit Swann brought to this, was TRULY INCREDIBLE!!! This book covered some harder hitting topics, and she made me FEEL!!! What an experience this book, and narration was!

Loved the dual narration of Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson. Perfect
Beth is a struggling romance author , after losing her family moves. She herself stranded by the side of the road in Freedom Valley,a gorgeous green-eyed, bearded flannel wearing innkeeper rescues her. Evan is an Ex-Marine that is running his family inn, and is struggling to keep it afloat. Beth is struggling with money, so agrees to help Evan run the inn in exchange for room and board.
Both have walls, will they help each other break those walls down. Will they let in love and will Evan change Beth's mind in leaving.
Loved

true love
A heart wrenching story about loss and grief, about friendship and family, about love and second chances. Beth’s life has touch bottom line. She is been wandering through life after a tragedy broke her. Evan has a way to find strays and help them find their way in life again. When Beth and Evan met just outside his hometown little did they know they can heal each other and find happiness and love. The audiobook is great. There are really strong emotion that the characters go through and Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson are amazing

Great narration, stand alone story
Erin Branscom is a new-to-me author, and Falling Inn Love is a cute, stand alone story with more substance than most contemporary romance. Even though it deals with some serious topics, it's still a heartwarming story.
I listened to the audiobook performed by Kitt Swann and Ryan Hudson. They both did a great job. I've listened to Ryan Hudson before and enjoyed his narration. Kitt Swann was especially impressive as she was new to me and I didn't know what to expect.
I received a copy of this audiobook at my request, and the opinions here are my own.

I love falling in love!
A Hallmark movie in my mind! I was completely lost in this small town romance and fell in love! This is my first book by Erin Branscom and she has a new fan! Beth is dealing with her grief, going from place to place only to find herself stranded with a broken down car. Evan picks her up and takes her to his family's inn, giving her a place to stay. Little does she know how her life will change. Evan has come home after the death of his father to run the inn. Things are not looking good financially, but he has high hopes. Plus he is on a mission to keep Beth in town as their attraction grows. Where does it all end? Love, love, love this story. It deals with relevant issues in a compassionate way, has a love story that is impossible not to crash into and a feeling of home. It's a wonderfully warm listen!
Kit Swann and Ryan Hudson makes this swoony story come to life. Swann is a favorite, and she knows her characters well. Giving Beth all the feels as she deals with her past and her present, she was immediately like my friend! Hudson has a warmth in his voice that had me with his first word. He is wonderful as Evan and is one I am going to be watching. The perfect listen for this holiday season!
