good motivation to get healthy ☺

I found this book easy to listen to, very witty, realistic and a good motivator. It didn't take long to get through it, never got bored as I did with other diet books. first day putting it into practice, not finding it difficult in fact I'm full up all day. .will post again after 1 month to show the progress.

simple and effective advice

Well presented and interesting info, simple and effective advice on Intermittent Fasting and avoiding certain foods. so far for 3 weeks lost 10 kg, not feeling hungry, definitely have more energy and less pains.

Great motivation

I've read a few of Craig Beck books and I love his motivational style; it really draws me in. His lack of BS and straight talking really appeals to me.
Having read other books of his however, some parts are a little repetitive, but overall the material he delivers is brilliant and most importantly it works!

If you are prepared to listen and accept what Craig is saying, you simply can’t go wrong…..he makes so much sense! I would encourage you to give this a try, you certainly won’t regret it

I think I'm missing something?

I'm left feeling even more confused about dieting? where is the hypnosis section? do I really have to pay $99 on your website to listen to then? give up wheat is that all?I'm left feeling dissatisfied with this book, especially since alcohol lied to me was so helpful.

inspirational

I rarely write reviews but felt that this is deserved.
Craig Beck narrates his own book and it's so easy to listen to. It almost sounds like he's having a chat with you.
His enthusiasm is infectious and he has inspired me to go for it! He really explains in an easy to 'get' way the science bit behind the diet without being dull - the method behind the madness as some people may see it.
My diet starts now not tomorrow.
