Summary
This audio guides you with Gale's soothing voice, into a very relaxed state of hypnosis with a full body, feel-good, progressive relaxation. Hypnosis is the same altered consciousness as meditation or deep prayer. The most important aspect of hypnotic guided imagery, however, is how suggestions are formatted and strategized to motivate your subconscious acceptance.
All has been carefully chosen for your best results. So you truly feel good, especially since you release negative emotions like sadness and insecurities. The Reprogramming Hypnosis suggestions are reinforced every time you listen to this audio.
This is a wonderful rejuvenating journey that brings self-healing and cleansing lights throughout your mind, body, and spirit. Repeated listening to this audio during your waking hours and/or at bedtime will enhance and reinforce your subconscious instructions for you to feel really good.
Some additional benefits include:
- Receive instructions and practice for performing self-hypnosis
- Create an arsenal of positive thoughts, feelings and kinesthetic triggers for feeling really good
- Install harmony, balance and peace of mind as constants within your mind, body and spirit
- Release negative emotions that are toxic to your mind, body and spirit
- Replace all negativity with positivity and all good things such as compassion, positive thinking, etc.
- Reinforce positive self-esteem suggestions such as "I am lovable, worthy, deserving, and good enough"
- Improve your sleep because feeling good relaxes you and supports peaceful sleeping and comfort

What are your expectations?
My goal has been to find some hypnosis programmes to help me cope with burn out. These seminar series hypnosis titles seem to be, well, recorded seminars rather than expertly staged recording sessions. Because they are included in nt membership thus I paid nothing, I listened without expectations. Despite finding some aspects less than ideal, like hearing a gentleman cough in one programme or the repetitive nature of the script for different themes, or sometimes the odd wording or strong pronunciation of some words, it has gotten the job done. I am exhausted, sleeping poorly, and burt out and these programmes have still managed to be helpful to me. I can forgive the poor audio or ocassional jarring sound and take what is needed and that is the framework that's there in the stages of hypnosis, the sleep I have gotten, and the longtime coming easing of some of my anxiety.
These are likely recorded at a live session and aren't perfect but also not the absolute worst in my very humble personal opinion. After reading another rather harsh review of a free programme, I felt this audio could use some compassion.

Drivel.
At the risk of generating 'negative energy', this was truly the most awful thing that I have ever heard masquerading as hypnotherapy.
The 'author' was clearly just improvising, badly, for forty minutes. She implored one to dig deep into childhood memories at one stage, then said that if there were none to just imagine the feelings. She also trotted out aphorisms about half-full glasses and silver-lined clouds. it was like listening to a stand-up comedian's impression of a spaced-out Californian.
At least I was not cheated out of one credit.
